Smartex is pleased to announce the experimental phase of the RW@W (Resilience and Wellness At Work) project, an innovative initiative to promote resilience and well-being among healthcare professionals. In a field characterized by ongoing organizational challenges, staff shortages, and often critical working conditions, it is important to develop strategies to support medical personnel, prevent burnout, and improve overall work quality. RW@W is funded under the Next Generation EU (PNRR) program.
Project Objectives
RW@W aims to implement and customize an advanced platform for collecting both objective and subjective data on the physical and mental well-being of healthcare professionals, as well as on workplace environmental conditions. The main goal is to build eƯective resilience strategies, addressing both individual and organizational levels.
Through the use of advanced digital technologies, this experimentation phase seeks to:
Monitor workers' well-being in real time to identify early signs of stress and distress;
Develop prevention models based on concrete data, reducing the risk of work-related conditions such as anxiety, depression, and burnout;
Optimize work organization to improve task distribution and reduce excessive workloads;
Support research and innovation in occupational medicine by providing valuable data for future studies.
